Refund Policy for Studio Booking – Dad’s Money Studio

1. Booking & Payment Terms

1.1. Booking Confirmation:

  • A 100% advance payment is required to confirm any studio booking.

  • The remaining balance of excess usage of studio must be paid before the session close.

  • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the 100% advance payment.

1.2. Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, Transfer, or cash.

  • Payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

1.3. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Any processing fees, transaction fees, or taxes paid at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Booking Date:

  • Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.

  • The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover administrative and opportunity costs.

2.2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking Date:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • The full advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

2.3. No-Show Policy:

  • If the client fails to show up for the booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

  • The entire advance payment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

2.4. Partial Cancellations:

  • If a client books the studio for multiple hours/days and wishes to cancel only part of the booking, refund eligibility will be determined based on when the cancellation request is made:

    • 48+ hours in advance: 50% refund of the cancelled portion.

    • Less than 48 hours: No refund for the cancelled portion.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Rescheduling Requests:

  • Clients may request to reschedule their booking at least 48 hours in advance, subject to studio availability.

  • The new booking date must be within 30 days of the original booking.

  • Only one rescheduling request is allowed per booking.

3.2. Rescheduling Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking Date:

  • If the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

3.3. Non-Availability on Rescheduled Date:

  • If the studio is unavailable on the requested reschedule date, the client must choose another date within 30 days.

  • If the client refuses to reschedule, the original booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund Eligibility & Processing Time:

  • Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your source account in 5-7 business days.

4.2. Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used at the studio’s discretion.

4.3. Deductions from Refund Amount:

  • Any transaction processing fees, bank charges, or administrative fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • If the studio has already incurred expenses (e.g., special setup, equipment rental, customized arrangements), those costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Situations)

5.1. Events Beyond Control:

  • If a booking is cancelled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, extreme weather, strikes, or any unforeseen emergencies, Dad’s Money Studio will not be liable for refunds.

  • However, the client will be allowed to reschedule the booking within 30 days without additional charges.

5.2. Studio-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If Dad’s Money Studio needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen issues (e.g., technical failures, maintenance, staff unavailability), the client will be offered:

    • A full refund of the advance payment OR

    • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Special Conditions

6.1. Early Termination by the Client:

  • If the client decides to leave before their booked time is completed, no partial refund will be provided.

6.2. Violation of Studio Rules:

  • If a booking is terminated due to a client violating studio rules (e.g., smoking, alcohol, drugs, misconduct, damage to property), no refund will be issued.

6.3. Refund Request Disputes:

  • Any disputes regarding refund eligibility must be submitted in writing within 7 days of cancellation.

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking with Dad’s Money Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
