1. General Terms

1. By booking or using any service provided by Dad’s Money Studio, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Dad’s Money Studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

3. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion.

2. Studio Booking & Usage

  2.1. Bookings:

• All studio bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.

  2.2. Studio Usage:

• Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon time slot. Entry and exit times will be strictly monitored.

• Setup and teardown time are included in the booked slot. Additional time beyond the booking will be charged at an overtime rate.

• Clients must maintain cleanliness and ensure that all equipment and props are returned in their original state.

  2.3. Time Calculation:

• Studio rental time begins from the scheduled start time, not when the client arrives.

• Any delay on the client's part will not extend the booking time.

• Overtime charges apply beyond the booked time and are calculated on a per-hour basis.

 2.4. Prohibited Activities:

• Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises. Any client found violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be issued.

• The studio reserves the right to terminate any session if the client engages in illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities.

• Clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards studio staff and other clients.

3. Equipment & Props

     3.1. Pre-booking Requirement:

• All equipment and props must be pre-booked and informed earlier before use.

• Last-minute equipment requests are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

    3.2. Usage & Responsibility:

• Clients are allowed to use studio equipment and props only after booking confirmation.

• Any damage or malfunction of equipment caused due to improper handling will be charged to the client.

• Props and set designs must be returned to their original place after use.

4. Liability & Loss of Items

1. Dad’s Money Studio is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or valuables brought into the studio by the client.

2. Clients must take full responsibility for their own belongings and are advised not to leave valuable items unattended.

3. The studio will not be liable for any injury, accidents, or losses that occur within the premises.

5. Content Responsibility

1. Dad’s Money Studio holds no rights or responsibility for the content created by the client.

2. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any copyright laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

3. Adult content or content promoting illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

1. Dad’s Money Studio respects client confidentiality and will not disclose project details, footage, or any private information without the client's consent.

2. Clients must seek permission before photographing or recording any staff or other clients within the studio premises.

7. Governing Law

1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bangalore.

2. By booking with Dad’s Money Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
